Sooo.... haven’t submitted anything (Or really drawn much...) in over a year! D: That’s sad.
I completed my associates in graphic design with a degree in illustration then said "I'll never get a job doing this" and started going to school for nursing. But after a year of hard science classes I realized it wasn't for me and over the summer I realized that the only thing I've ever been passionate about was art! After exploring my options I spoke to my cousin who is a very talented tattoo artist who gave me the idea of getting into tattooing! Now, I'm still in the "I need to build up my portfolio before searching for an apprenticeship phase", but I've never been more excited to pursue something. My goal is to draw at least one picture a day until the end of the year then start on great portfolio pieces before looking for an apprenticeship sometime next year.
